Jonathan Cyphers PA-C

Jonathan is a recent addition to our clinic. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, he   has earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Portland St University and is a graduate of the Physician’s Assistant program at the University of Washington. Jonathan has also served as a medic for 12 years in the Oregon Army National Guard. He enjoys playing and watching football, and basketball, reading a good book and most of all spending time with his wife and his baby boy. Jonathan is eager to assist you with all of your clinical and cosmetic dermatologic needs.

Dalin Overbay is a licensed clinical esthetician who has practiced in the Seattle area since 2001. Most recently managing a Medical Spa for a Plastic Surgery practice. Dalin feels it is very important to stay current with the rapidly growing medical skin care field. She is one of the only aesthetician’s in the area who offers Dermaplaning. Dalin’s experience and personal touch will help you to achieve healthy skin and minimize the signs of aging, by customizing a skin care regimen specifically for your skin type.

Blair Adams is a licensed Aesthetician specializing in clinical skin care.  She received her license in 2001 and has worked with Dermatology of Seattle since 2003. Blair has completed full training and received certification of all equipment and procedures she offers. As well as providing both cosmetic and clinical services she has advanced training in all the medical skin care lines we offer at the office. Her goal is to find the perfect skin care protocol that best suits the client’s wants and needs. 

Andrea English PA-C

Ms. English is certified and trained to diagnose and treat all types of skin disorders. As a Physician Assistant, she practices medicine in conjunction with Dr. Levy. She has been working with Dr. Levy and Dermatology of Seattle since April 2004. Ms. English received her Physician Assistant degree at Duke University in Durham , North Carolina in September of 1997. She practiced Family Medicine for Group Health Cooperative in Burien, Washington for four years prior to coming here to work. Ms. English treats the following conditions:

Dr. Frederick Rosewater

Has been in private practice in North Seattle for 30 years and recently become a member of the Dermatology of Seattle staff. He has two adult children; his son currently works in Healthcare  Administration and his daughter recently graduated from Albany, NY in Broadcast Journalism. Dr. Rosewater recently came back from a trip to France where he has pursued his interest in bettering his French. Dr. Rosewater is an avid boater, skier and traveler. We are excited that Dr. Rosewater has decided to come out of retirement to assist us in clinical and surgical dermatology. Dr. Rosewater enjoys seeing complex internal medicine cases, geriatric dermatology, as well as complex surgical reconstruction. He is available for appointments Wednesdays and Fridays. Dr. Rosewater is contracted with all insurances.

Elie Levy MD FAAD

Assistant Clinical Professor, University of Washington

Dr. Elie Levy began practicing dermatology in the Seattle area in 1997. He is board certified in Dermatology and a Mohs Surgeon. Dr. Levy completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Washington in 1987 and earned his M.D. at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York in 1991. In 1994 he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Maimonides Medical Center in New York. Dr. Levy acquired special training in laser and cosmetic surgery at the University of Montreal and McGill University, which he completed in 1997.

  • Dr. Levy is also an Assistant Clinical Professor, Division of Dermatology, at the University of Washington.

He is the author of many scientific papers published in nationally recognized medical journals in the United States and Canada and is fluent in French and Hebrew. Dr. Levy lives in South Seattle, is married and has five children.
