APPOINTMENTS

All office visits must be scheduled by appointment. Our receptionists are available to answer your phone call Monday through Friday from 8:30 in the morning to 5:15 in the evening. If you do schedule an appointment with us, we ask that you provide us with at least a 24 hour notice if you intend to cancel. The first missed appointment is free. Any appointments missed this will be charged $45 for each missed appointment.

PAYMENT

Dermatology of Seattle bills almost all commercial and private insurance plans. We take Medicaid and Medicare patients. All co-payments are due at the time of the visit and patients are responsible for making sure that they have obtained the necessary authorizations for their visit. Please contact your insurance company directly if you have any questions.
